Directions to Receive NCCER Credentials

Step One

Locate your Army MOS code on the right side of the screen to see what NCCER craft areas you will receive credit in. If you DO NOT SEE your MOS code, please click on the red button called “Request MOS Alignment” to submit training information for possible alignments to other crafts or click on the beige button called “Rank-Based Alignments” to receive credit for your highest rank.

Step Two

After reviewing your MOS code, scroll to the bottom of your specialty code’s web page to submit for credentials. Click on the red button located at the bottom of the web page and upload the required documentation needed for Hard Hat Heroes to verify your years of service.

Step Three

Due to the high volume of applicants, please allow 4-6 weeks for documentation review and credential processing.
